Hi, I'm Atsuko. Atsuko's Table is my little corner for the recipes I cook at home and the travel stories behind them — from a quiet harbour lunch in Copenhagen to a winter market in Berlin, and the everyday flavours of life in Dubai.

I love beginner-friendly cooking: real ingredients, clear steps, and dishes from many cuisines that anyone can make. Every recipe here is one I actually make for my family.
